Vinayak Mishra
Founder & Principal, Albatross Law
Vinayak is a civil litigator with a focus on business disputes and professional regulatory matters. He has extensive courtroom experience, representing and advocating for clients at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Small Claims Court. On the regulatory side, he has represented and assisted professionals facing complaints and investigations, including CPAO and CPAB investigations, CPSO and Hospital investigations, and HPARB appeals.

Before founding Albatross Law, Vinayak practiced at full-service "Seven Sisters" Bay Street firms and leading litigation boutiques, gaining firsthand insight into how high-stakes cases are built, managed, and resolved. He now brings that experience in helping his clients understand their rights and navigate their legal problems.
